The Inn at Middletown is an excellent place to stay. Certainly, there is "old world charm", and it doesn't stop there. The facilities are in excellent condition. The staff is all friendly (a special call-out to Lisa in the Tavern). I didn't use the pool this trip, but I will next (already booked). And the location is superb; within easy walking distance to dozens of restaurants.

The cleanliness of the room was immaculate...it actually smelled clean when you walked in. The customer service was amazing. I left something in the room and they went out of their way to search for it and even mail it back to me. It was right on the main strip surrounded by restaurants and a 3 minute drive to Wesleyan. I will stay here every time I come to Middletown.

It was in a convenient area in town, right next to Wesleyan University and all its stellar night life, and it was so clean. It has everything a chain hotel would have, except it was more reasonably priced and had a much more homey flair. It was a cozy place to rest, but not in the middle of nowhere.

We love staying at the Inn at Middletown! It is so convenient to almost everything, very clean and comfortable, all staff are so pleasant and helpful. We stay here every time we come to visit our family in CT!
